Looking for a large holiday cottage to rent in North Devon? Westaway Villa offers you 5 Star luxury accommodation in the heart of Ilfracombe, the second warmest resort in Britain. Our home is perfect for both fun-packed family holidays, and quiet weekend getaways with friends. It’s also a great house for parties – in summer or winter. Standing in half an acre of its own grounds on the edge of Ilfracombe town centre, Westaway Villa is a large, comfortable detached holiday home with private parking for up to eight cars. On entering Westaway Villa you’re greeted by an imposing hallway with crystal chandeliers and sweeping staircase. The hallway leads onto two lounges – one with open fire – and a dining room with comfortable seating for at least 16 people. There’s plenty of space to prepare delicious feasts for those 16 hungry people in our large, well equipped kitchen with gas range cooker, dishwasher, American-style fridge freezer and comfortable kitchen table seating six. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with super size washing machine and tumble drier. The kitchen and dining room overlook a spacious, continental-style courtyard with tables and chairs for al fresco eating. On the west side of the house is a large lawn with covered BBQ area for summer parties – whatever the weather. At night you’ll sleep comfortably in one of our eight bedrooms – two king size, three doubles and three twin rooms. Seven of our bedrooms are en-suite and the eighth has its own toilet and shower room. Most bedrooms boast TVs, and two are on the ground floor for easy access.
